UnityPoint Health - LifeGuard Air Ambulance
2024 marks 45 years of LifeGuard providing air medical transport and critical care to all ages and individuals, newborn to geriatric across eastern Iowa, western Illinois, southern Minnesota, and western Wisconsin. These incident or transport types may include trauma, cardiac, medical, high-risk obstetrical, high-risk surgical, and other specialty transports such neonatal intensive care, Impella Heart Pump, intra-aortic balloon pump, and left ventricular assist devices (LVAD). Additionally in certain circumstances, LifeGuard medical teams partner with ground services to provide safe, critical care level transport.

Rural Access Hub
The Rural Access Hub maintains walk in hours are from 11am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday, however, staff can be utilized outside walk in hours with proper notification. This site offers a wide array of resources for those experiencing brain health concerns of both emergency and non-emergency status.
The RAH does not only provided services of the crisis/emergency nature. It is encouraged to be utilized frequently/as needed for non-emergency care and coordination with the goal of providing de-escalation services before an individual reaches a state of crisis. Sometimes that just means an individual needs a place to “hang out” for a short period of time to keep them from reaching a state of crisis and that is perfectly fine to utilize RAH staff for.
The Hub is modeled after an innovative program referred to as “The Living Room Model” which has been proven to reduce incarceration and emergency room visits while providing a non-intrusive setting when utilized appropriately.

Pink Heals
Pink Heals is a program that partners with public safety, local businesses, and families to bring a community together. It is an organization that provides flower deliveries to show individuals that they are loved, cherished and valuable to others. Pink Heals brings back the human element by celebrating people, not causes.
We use the color pink to represent love and care rather than signify a specific disease. Pink Heals is about more than just breast cancer. It is about illnesses and needs within our communities. Our volunteers take our pink vehicles on flower deliveries to those in need. We partner with local businesses to provide visit recipients with donated goods, gift cards, and service
Heritage Area Agency on Aging
Heritage AAA is a non-profit organization that helps seniors age with dignity and independence in the home they choose. From answering simple questions about aging resources to finding long-term support with a case worker, Heritage helps at every step of the aging journey. There is also a Caregiver Support Program that focuses on family and friends who help an aging loved one.
Vinton Police Department
Promoting community safety is essential to overall well-being. Our booth will feature information on identity theft prevention, L.O.S.T. (Loved Ones Staying Together), and anti-bullying. We aim to empower residents with the knowledge and tools to keep our community safe.
Our officers will be present to engage with the community, answer questions, and provide insights into the day-to-day activities of the Vinton Police Department. Building strong relationships with our residents is crucial for effective community policing.
Interested individuals will have the chance to learn about career opportunities. We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
Miss Iowa 2023
Alysa Goethe was crowned Miss Iowa 2023 last June. Throughout her year of service as the first diabetic Miss Iowa, she has educated millions internationally on the realities of living with diabetes and the warning signs. She advocates with various organizations including JDRF, the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, and more to better the lives of those living with diabetes.

Area Substance Abuse Council offers treatment and prevention services for Substance Use and Gambling Disorder. Our booth will offer materials and local resources for SUD and GD, as well as agency and grant specific giveaways.
Riverview Center
Riverview Center provides sexual assault services in a 14 county Northeast Region of Iowa, as well as sexual or domestic violence services in Jo Daviess and Carroll Counties in Illinois. Our services are free regardless of biological sex, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, immigration status, English proficiency, race and/or ethnicity, incarceration status, disability or background. Riverview Center is a safe space.
